Dry skin might be too sensitive to adjust acne-fighting products, especially medications from Pharmacies. Most of the medications consist of chemical ingredients for showing the fast result and cause some side effects on your skin like irritation, redness, and breakouts. Some acne medications can cause extremely dry skin and also may cause damage the lipid layer to function their task to keep skin healthy.
If you are experiencing with dry skin and breakouts, avoid products that contain chemical ingredients like alcohol, petrolatum, retinol and benzoyl peroxide which only dries out your skin more and make the problem worst. For dry skin highly recommended using a product with natural active ingredients because natural active ingredients have fewer side effects compared to chemical ingredients.
