Exercise For Healthy Body But Get Acne!

ACNOC believes that many of you go to fitness centers to be fit, to have beautiful body, or to have fun. Most of the time, you manage to achieve your goal, but you also get acne in return. Don’t get me wrong! ACNOC is not saying that you get acne because of your workout.

The real reason is that a fitness center is a place that many people go. For this reason, there may be dirt or sweat of the people who came to the fitness center before you. Besides that you are also using the same equipment that those people have used. When you are sweating, you could accidentally use your unclean hand to wipe the sweat on your face. So, my friend, if you do not want acne on your face, let ACNOC give you some suggestions.

We have three tips for you:

  1. Carry a small handkerchief to wipe the sweat on your face instead of using your hand. However, do not put it on the floor because the floor can be as dirty as your hand.
  2. Wash your hands after workout. Then, you will see that the soap in your hand is gray because of the dirt on your hand. By cleaning your hand, you can protect yourself from acne.
  3. You should definitely take a bath after workout. You are sweaty all over your body when you exercise. Taking a bath will clean the dirt on your body and help you reduce acne on your other parts of the body as well.
